Steps

Sieve the flour & baking powder. In a bowl beat the sugar and butter till fluffy with an electric hand beater.

Add flour in 3 batches.add milk if required Evenly fill the muffin cups with batter. Bake in a preheated oven 177° fr 17 - 20 mins.

Add eggs 1 at a time,add vanilla essence mix well. Add the flour and milk in 3 batches to the sugar butter and egg mixture.

Beat the frosting ings till soft peaks are formed.

Frosting with a hand beater cream the butter till smooth add vanilla essence, then add icing sugar little at a time,add milk and beat on high speed until light and fluffy add colour,. Add a little milk and sugar if needed

With 1 M nossel make rossetes on the muffin
