Mix crust mix, walnuts, margarine, and sugar until well blended.

Remove 1/2 cup of crumb mixture; set aside. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.

BEAT: milk and filling mix in large bowl with eletric mixer on low speed 1 min. Pour over pie crust. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture

REFRIGERATE: at least 1 hour or until firm. Lift dessert using foil handles, before cutting into squares to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
