Steps

Wash goat meat, dice in bit and parboil spice with salt pepper and onions little or no thyme without water once the goat meat is is tender and cooked through remove from heat and set aside

Heat up another pot or a frying pan and once it’s hot add vegetable oil and fry goat meat once you are done frying the goat meat reduce oil

Add onions and pepper then Sauté after 5mins add salt and knorr cube
- 4
Stir everything together and turn off heat afterwards
- 5
Serve with fried plantain like I did
