  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 5-6garlic crushed
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 1 tspjeera
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add jeera, curry leaves, and crushed garlic.

  2. 2

    Then add onion and tomato. And saute till it gets light pink

  3. 3

    Add potato, red chilli powder, turmeric, and mix it.
