Preheat your oven to 180'C. *Grease and dust 8" cake tin and keep aside Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda 2 times to ensure even mixing In a seperate bowl take the condensed milk, oil & sugar and mix well

Pour this wet ings into your dry ingredients and mix well so that no lumps remain Add the orange zest into the batter and mix well To this add orange juice & vanilla essence Pour the batter in the greased pan and tap gently to remove air bubbles

Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients and make a sponge cake. (Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven) Bake it for 25-30 mins or until the wooden skewer inserted comes out clean Let it cool down on a wire rack..

Mix ingredients given for ganache. Filling that I used is whipped cream with fresh orange zest and some chocochips..Apply whipped cream all over the cake and decorate with dry fruits and ganache.
