Steps

Take flour add onions, green chillies, corriender leaves,ajwain,jeera,salt and malai. Mix well.

Add little water to the mixture and bring it together to knead the dough. Don't knead too much. Dough should be stiff well.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and make balls.

Take one ball and place it on plane surface. Press it with your palm to flatten the ball or roll it with rolling pin.

Heat tawa. Place the flatten ball on it. Slightly roast it from both sides. Take off from the tawa.

Again roll it with rolling pin like thick paratha. Koki should be thick not thin like chapati.

Again place it on tawa with drizzled oil.cook in medium flame.flip it with some more drizzled oil so koki will not dry.

Once golden spots appears take it off from the tawa. Serve immediately with curd or simple a cup of hot tea.
