Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1and 1/2 cupMoong daal (socked for 3 to 4 hours)
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1 cupMawa
  • 1/4teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 teaspoonCrushed pistachios
  • 2 tablespoonsChopped cashewnut

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    First Wash daal and drain water.

  2. 2

    Now grind the daal and make a coarse paste.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a wok add daal paste and cook it on slow flam till brown in colour.(it takes 25 to 30 minutes)

  4. 4

    Now add milk and cardamom powder and cook till milk observ.

  5. 5

    Now add mawa and sugar and cook them till ghee seprated.

  6. 6

    Now switch off the flam and garnish with chopped cashewnut and crushed pistachios
