10 slicebacon, chopped
6to 8 button mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 cupseason blend (chopped onion, pepper, celery blend)
1 tspminced garlic
2 tbspflour
1 cuphalf & half
1 packagesboursin cheese, your favorite flavor
1/3 cupParmesan, grana padano, or Romano cheese, shredded
10to 20 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves

Cooking Instructions

Fry bacon until almost crispy. Drain grease keeping 1 tbsp.

Add onion blend, mushrooms & garlic and saute till tender.

Add flour stirring until blended over medium heat to make a paste. Gradually stir in cheeses & milk and cook until thickened and smooth. Use a wire whisk to blend completely.

Stir in spinach. Add salt & pepper to taste. Top with more shredded Parmesan. Serve hot.
