Gajar ki kheer ke liye
Reduce 1/2lt milk for ten to fifteen minutes and in another pan put 1 tsp ghee 200gms of grated gajar and saute for 5 mins, add this into the milk, sugar 3tbsp,1/tsp of cardamum powder and almonds and pistachios as needed cook for 5 mins...
Serve hot or cold.....
Enjoy.....
