Ingredients

  • 1/4 kglentils
  • 1/4 kgpishori rice
  • onion
  • garlic
  • tomatoes
  • conjet
  • coriander
  • oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the lentils

  2. 2

    Boil them for at least 40-45mins

  3. 3

    Slice the onion and hoho

  4. 4

    Slice the tomatoes and coriander together

  5. 5

    Grate the garlic

  6. 6

    Fry the onion,tomatoes and the rest

  7. 7

    Add the boiled lentils

  8. 8

    Cook for 10min

  9. 9

    Serve with rice or spaghetti
