Saute onions, garlic and chillies in oil to soften

Add tomato paste and tomatoes - heat through

Add mussels, 1/2 litre water and red wine

Cover and cook on Med heat 10 mins

Add bunch roughly chopped Basil salt, and pepper to taste

Cover and cook for further 10 mins

Serve with crusty bread
