Take the half sheet of Nori and spread the 1/2 cup of sushi rice in an even layer. Do not mash or smear the rice.

Cut the Yellowtail (Hamachi) into long, thin sticks.

Place the yellowtail horizontally across the nori.

Place drops of sriracha along the yellowtail. Place the drops about 1/2" apart.

Roll the sushi. On a cutting board, cut the spicy yellowtail roll in half.

Take the two halves and cut them in half again until you have 8 pieces.
