peel potatoes and boil untilled soft drain very well then mash as they are.

add tuna and celery and mustard mix thoroughly

add egg and cheese mix well. I use my hands its easier

place breadcrumbs in a dish and take a handful of tuna mix and shape it then roll in crumbs shake off excess place on another plate

refrigerate for at least one hour before cooking in a non stick pan around 5 to 7 minutes a side..can cook for longer if you wish depending on size you made.

enjoy with a side salad and great cold next day too

can be frozen uncooked for up to a month as long as mixture is firm and fairly dry
