Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 bunchchopped chaulai leaved chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsgrated coconut
  • 7garlic pods finely chopped
  • 6nos green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in deep wok,  splutter cumin seeds. Add garlic and green chillies cook for 30seconds on low flame.

    Add chaulai mix it and cook for 5minutes on high flame.

    Add salt

    Add red chilli powder.

    Add grated coconut mix well.

    Now cook till the veggies water burn

    Serve hot with chapati
