Roast desiccated coconut in a Kadhai for 1 minute.

Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add Malai. Saute on slow to medium flame until golden. Stir it continuously. Cook it until it leaves Ghee. Strain excess ghee.

Add coconut, sugar & ellaychi powder. Saute all for 2 minutes..

Remove from gas. Let it cool on room temperature.

Make laddoos. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour to set. Coconut Malai laddu are ready.
