In a pan heat Ghee over a medium flame.

Add whole wheat flour and stir continuously till the flour is little dark brown in colour.

Add water and mix well.

Stir the and keep stirring.

Add sugar and stir.

When the water is absorbed and the ghee leaves on the sides of the pan it is done.

Sprinkle Cardamom powder and mix it well.

Off the flame.

Transfer the Sheera in a bowl.

Garnish the Sheera with chopped nuts.
