Ingredients

25-30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gmsuji
  2. 250 gmdahi
  3. as neededWater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 tea spoonEno fruit salt/khane ka soda
  6. As neededDry fruits
  7. as needed Curry patta
  8. as neededChopped veggies
  9. 1 tea spoonchana dal
  10. 1 tea spoonurad dal
  11. 1 table spoonoil
  12. 1/4 tea spoonrai

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take suji and dahi mix it well and keep it for half an hour

  2. 2

    Masala: Take oil and warm it add Rai, chana dal, urad dal, Curry patta and dry fruits mix it all

  3. 3

    Put the masala in the batter and add salt

  4. 4

    Batter to be kept in semi solid form

  5. 5

    Add 2 teaspoon of eno fruit salt and mix it in one direction only

  6. 6

    First boil the water and boil it

  7. 7

    Put in the idli stand and steam it for 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Let it cool and masala rawa idli is ready to eat
