Take suji and dahi mix it well and keep it for half an hour

Masala: Take oil and warm it add Rai, chana dal, urad dal, Curry patta and dry fruits mix it all

Put the masala in the batter and add salt

Batter to be kept in semi solid form

Add 2 teaspoon of eno fruit salt and mix it in one direction only

First boil the water and boil it

Put in the idli stand and steam it for 20 minutes

Let it cool and masala rawa idli is ready to eat
