Steps

Make a dough of flour, 2tspn semolina,salt, a tspn of oil & required hot water.Cover it & keep rest for 15 mins.

Heat a tspn oil & fry chopped onion & spring onion for few mins.

Add salt, pepper powder, green chilli paste & all sauces.Saute it for few mins.

Finally add boiled, mashed potatoes & mix it well.

Now take some portion from dough & roll it like roti.

Spread potato mixture evenly on the roti

Then roll it & cut it into pieces.

Make a thick batter of flour, semolina,salt & water.Dip the samosa in it.

Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it.

Serve it hot with sauce.
