Marination :
Take a mixing bowlhbowlAdd chicken, hung curd, kashmiri and red chilli powder, coorinder powder, cumin powder, black salt, garam masala, kasuri methi roasted and powdered. Marinate about 1 to 2 hours. - 2
Cooking chicken:
Heat a tawa or pan.Add a spoon of butter.Add marinated chicken and cover it.Don't add water.Cook in low flame.Chicken should be cooked well and in dry consistency. - 3
To get Smokey and burnt taste:
Take a stove top phulka grill.Keep the cooked chicken one by one on it. Brush some butter over it.Grill until you get the Smokey flavour.Serve hot. - 4
Finally, sprinkle some chat masala, black salt, some lemon juice on it. Have it with mint chutney or mayonnaise and onion cabbage carrot salad.
