Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • For dough
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 3/4 cupWater
  • 1 tspnButter
  • to tasteSalt
  • For stuffing
  • 1 cupGreen Peas boiled /mattar
  • 1/2 tspnGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspnTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspnRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspnCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspnGaram masala
  • 1 tspnGhee
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the wheat flour, warm water, oil, salt in a bowl. Make a tight dough like chappati.

  2. 2

    Take a kadai, heat a tsp of ghee and add ginger garlic paste. Satue it until raw smell goes.

  3. 3

    Add cooked green peas to it.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, cumin, chillI, coorinder powder, salt and saute well. Mash the peas well.

  5. 5

    Flatten  the dough very thick. Add the stuffing and close it.

  6. 6

    Now spread  the stuffed dough with roller pin.

  7. 7

    Heat the tawa. Place the paratha on tawa. Flip it and cook on both sides.

  8. 8

    Remove paratha from tawa and spread ghee on it.

  9. 9

    It's ready to eat now. Have it with green chutney or onions and lemon or tomato ketchup or mayo dip.
