  2. 5 ozwax beans
  3. 5 ozjasmine rice
  4. 4 ozpineapple
  5. 3 ozred pepper
  6. 3 ozyellow pepper
  7. 1 ozwhite onion
  8. 4 ozbutter
  9. 2 ozwhite wine
  10. 3 ozheavy cream
  11. 1 ozjerk seasoning

    Pan sear the sea bass with a little salt and pepper,add wine and place in oven for about 10 minutes.Sea bass should be cooked last because of how quick it cooks.For the Rice i added the pineapple once it was done and sauteed the veg in butter,salt,pepper. The Sauce-Dice you peppers,and onion. next sautee them in a sauce pan with butter,and the jerk seasoning.once veg is soft and has a nice smell goin on add the cream,bring to a boil and reduce heat to med-low while continually stirring. once your cream reduces by 1/3 add 1 oz butter and melt into cream it will be nice and a lil but thick. plate food add sauce to Sea Bass and enjoy!
