Methi ko dho kar baarik cut kar le.

Bowl me wheat flour, besan, salt, chaat masala, asafoetia mix karein.

Ab chopped methi, Coriander, oil and curd daal kar mix karein aur thodha thodha paani lekar dough bana le aur chotte chotte roll bana le.

Ab kisi bartan me paani garam karein aur ek jaali waala bartan uske upper rakhe oil se grease karke aur muthiya rakhe aur dhak kar steam me paka le.

Agar steamer ya idli stand me bhi paka sakte hai.

Jab muthiya achche se steam ho jaye to plate me nikaal kar thanda kar le.

Ab mudhiya ko cut kar le.

Kadhai me 1 tbsp oil garam karein aur jeera daale aur mudhiya daal kar fry kar le.

Mudhiya ko chai aur chutney ya saus ke saath serve karein.
