Ingredients

  1. 1gatta - fresh methi saag
  2. 100 g- aata
  3. 1p - chopped onion
  4. 1p - green chilli
  5. 1 teaspoon- jeera powder
  6. 1 teaspoon-dry mango powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 cupgrated paneer
  9. 1/2 cup- chopped onion
  10. 1green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all washed​ the methi saag

  2. 2

    Then finally chopped the methi saag

  3. 3

    Take 1 cup aata in a big bowl and add chopped onion,jeera powder,dry mango powder, chopped methi saag and salt

  4. 4

    Mix well together and make dough

  5. 5

    Take a bowl and add grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilli and salt and mixed well

  6. 6

    Take a medium size of dough and make a hole and stuff in it paneer stuffing and cover it

  7. 7

    Make roti with the help of rolling pen

  8. 8

    Heat a pan and cook rotis from both side

  9. 9

    Add some oil for better cooking

  10. 10

    Remove roti from the gas

  11. 11

    Cut into four pieces

  12. 12

    Plate it with tomato sauce.

  13. 13

    Enjoy it hot.
