Ingredients

30 serves
  1. 300 grplain flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2gloves minced garlic
  4. 2shallots chopped
  5. 500 mlcoconut milk
  6. 1carrot cut julienne
  7. 1 can(400)gr corn kernel
  8. 1big chilli take out the seeds and chopped
  9. 150 grbean sprouts
  10. Spring onions chopped
  11. Celery leaf chopped
  12. as neededSmall prawn as much
  13. Big chilli and shallots for garnish
  14. Salt
  15. Chicken stock powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all together plain flour, salt and chicken stock powder. Add eggs and coconut milk

  2. 2

    Mix the batter until no lumps.

  3. 3

    Add all vegetables onto the batter.

  4. 4

    Heat the vegetables oil till hot.

  5. 5

    Scoop the batter with soup ladder add prawn in the middle and fry till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
