Moong daal halwa

Soak daal over and then blend in blender.

Hot ghee in a non stick pan add daal and mix it.

Mix it for 20 minutes continuously.

Hot another pan add 1 tbsp ghee then add mava and mix till it turns golden brown.

Add chopped dryfruit in mava nad mix for 2 minutes. Your mava mixture is ready.

In a pan add water thenw sugar and green cardamom and mix till sugar dissolve. Your sugar syrup is ready.

After 20 minutes in daal add mava mixture and mix.

Add sugar syrup and mix till it thick.

Garnish it with chopped dryfruits.
