  • 3chicken thighs
  • 1carrot
  • 1 smallparsnip
  • 1 smallwhite onion
  • 4spring onions/green onions
  • 4mushrooms
  • 1cabbage leaf
  • 1garli clove

  1. 1

    all veg once sliced/shreaded shoul fit in to a sandwich bad

  2. 2

    cook your chicken thighs as package directs, I like to add a drop of water to the dish an turn chicken half way through.

    slice mushrooms to pref and spring onion, reast of ved shread, then peel garlic

  4. 4

    once chicken is cooked leave to cool, once cooled take skin sit to 1 side, strip chicken place to 1side, take bones an skin and boil for up to 20/30 mins addin garlic clove,

  5. 5

    remove bones, skin,garlic leave stock to cool then skim far from the surface, u can the cover an leve in fridge an skim fat again or use right away

  6. 6

    either way u choose add the cooked chicken, veg to stock, pinch of salt an pepper if u wish, bring to boil then simmer for 30/an hour then serve, if u wish for noodles as well use noodles to cook sep drain the water then add stock to noodles, noodles will go mushy if left in soup
