Ingredients

  • 1 ltrMilk
  • 2Grated apple
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  • Pista badam for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom pan.. add milk and sugar.. kaado (cook) for 15-20 min at simmer gas..

  2. 2

    Now add grated apple and elaichi powder.. simmer for 10-15 min.

  3. 3

    Keep stiring.. when the consistency becomes thick.. switch off the gas. Garnish with pista and bdam.
