Ingredients

  • 4tomatoes
  • 1/2desicated coconut
  • 1 tso clarified butter
  • 1 tbchopped almonds, cashews and kishmish
  • 1 tbsugar

    Grind tomatoes

  2. 2

    Take a pan add clarified butter

  3. 3

    Roast dry fruits

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree

  5. 5

    Cook until water reduce

  6. 6

    Add sugar cook 3-4mnts add coconut

  7. 7

    Mix well stir fry quickly

  8. 8

    Grease the tray spread

  9. 9

    Cool down &cut it diamond shape

  10. 10

    Njoy tangy tomato burfi..
