Ingredients

3 servings
  • 5 cupsflour
  • 5 tspbaking powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2large ripe bananas
  • 250 gmargarine
  • 2 cupsour milk

Steps

    Melt margarine on low heat then add sugar and mix well then set aside

  2. 2

    In another bowl smash bananas and add eggs and mix well

  3. 3

    Add the two mixture together

  4. 4

    Mix well then add flour (sifted with baking powder) add milk then mix well

  5. 5

    Pour in a greased pan and bake at 170 degrees till golden brown.

I am sincerely thankful of your posting quality baking recipes, which I am sure that our community will highly appreciate.Also, after the healthy baking contests which will be over in 1 day, we would like to have one more recipe contest around baking theme.
