In a pan take some cooking oil. in hot oil add whole dry red chilli & cumin seeds & heeng (low flame). add chopped vegetables (potato gobhi) & matar and mix it well. fry it for 10 mins. (medium heat)

Add ginger & green chilli and fry it for 10 mins (medium heat)

Now add salt as per the taste and all the spices (powder). cover the pan and cook it for 10 mins (medium heat)

Switch off the gas and add coriander leaves and mix it well and cover the pan. masala aaloo gobhi matar is ready to eat.
