Mix all above ingredients and make a dough like roti. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

Now divide the dough in 4 equal parts.

Roll it to a thin roti using rolling pin. Cut it using round shape cookie cutter.

Take a wet cotton cloth and put all golgappe on cloth. Keep some space between golgappe and cover it with other wet cotton cloth.

Sprinkle some water on them and then rest it for another 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all golgappe until golden brown

Yummy 'Atte ke Golgappe' are ready to be served with chopped potatoes and spicy water. Enjoy!!!
