Steps

Make slits in the tomatoes with the knife

Now boil them in water for about 8 minutes

Cool them, peel them

Grind into a fine puree in the blender. Strain the puree to get a smooth puree

In a pan add 1 tbsp butter

Pour the puree into the pan

Stir continuously to avoid sticking at the bottom

Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder to taste

Add corn flour paste (corn flour + water) to have desired consistency

Boil for another 5 minutes and serve immediately

Garnish with cream
