Steps

Mix all the ingredients with the salmon ( except 2 tbs of curry souse).

Soak for 1-2 hours .

Bake for half and hour or till the salmon is ready in a preaheated oven to 200c. ( or till the salmon is ready)

Be careful not to over cook , you don't want your salmon too dry.

Mix half cup of the liquid from the pan with the remaining curry souse for the gravy.
