Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlApple -
  • 1/2 bowlCottage cheese / paneer -
  • 1/2 bowlWater -
  • 1 tspRoughly chopped cashew nuts -
  • 2 tbspSugar powder -
  • 1 tspRaisins -
  • 1/2 bowlSugar -
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder -

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the skin of the apple and chop it.

    Dip in the cold water for 10 mins.

    Heat pan and add sugar and water.

  5. 5

    When sugar disolves in the water keep it medium flame for 7 - 8 mins.

  6. 6

    When it gets stick it means syrup is ready.

  7. 7

    Add cardamom powder in it.

  8. 8

    Add the apple pieces for one mins then flip it and switch off the gas.

  9. 9

    Grate the cottage cheese / paneer and add sugar powder in it.

  10. 10

    Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the apple pieces.

  11. 11

    Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
