Add curd, salt and suji in a bowl and mix.

Add water and make a smooth paste.

Rest it for 10 minutes.

Grease the tawa with oil put 4 tbsp batter in the tawa and spread.

Put one tbap tomato in one side and 1 tbsp Capsicum in another side and onjon in middle.

When light brown from one side and turn it.

When cook from another side then removed it in plate.

Served with sambar.
