Roast soaked chanadaal and keep aside

Churn udah dal and rice in mixi...take that mixture in bowl and blend with hand blender for 5 to 10 mins

Until it gets little fluffy.. By this fermentation is not required and it wil not be a long process

Blending will make the batter fluffy...

Add salt and other seasoning as per your choice...

Deep fry them making hole I between either with hands.. With spatula or by medu vada mould..

Fry at medium heat. Remove when it turns golden brown

Yummy hot medu vadas are ready to eat

Serve with sambhar.. Tomato ketchup, green corriender chutney, green corriender curd chutney, coconut chutney
