Take a wok add ghee..sabut lal mirch.. methi dana..sarson..saunf..zeera..splutter it

Then add onion saute till golden brown now add petha and little water cover it till soft..

Now add tomatoes and again cover it for 2 minutes..

Now add all the masalas and palak.. cook for 2-3 min. Or till water gets absorb.. ready 😎😎
