Ingredients

  1. 3 cupCilantro leaves
  2. 1 cloveGarlic
  3. 1 canChickpeas 15oz.
  4. 1Avocado
  5. 3 tbspEvoo
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice
  7. 1Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine garlic cloves with cilantro leaves in the food processor and process until finely chopped. add the chick peas and avocado and continue processing.

    while the processor is running slowly pour a steady stream of the olive oil into the mixture. add lemon juice and continue until smooth.

  3. 3

    season with salt and pepper.
