Ingredients

  1. 2 slicesyour favorite bread
  2. 1/2 cupboiled shredded chicken
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2shakes of peoper
  5. 2 tablespoonscilantro hummus
  6. 2 tablespoonsguacamole

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add the shredded chicken. Sprinkle with some salt & pepper. Add guacamole and mix well.

    Spread cilantro hummus on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. 3

    Add the shredded chicken mixture on one side of the bread and top it with the other slice.

  4. 4

    Slice your sandwich in half and enjoy! (I had the sandwich with a chickpea salad).
