Steps

Make a roll and make roti.make roll of 4 and keep aside.and roast rotis.

Take one roti spread paneer.now cover with second roti.

Second layer coriander leaves mixed salt red chilli.
- 4
Third layer of carrot mix salt.cover with 4 roti.
- 5
Take a griddle add ghee and roast it.from both side.
- 6
When it's roast cut from mid and serve with ketchup or chutney.
