Soak rice in water for half an hour.

Heat the milk, add rice and allow it to simmer.

When the quantity reduced half add sugar, dry fruits and switch off the flame.

Once the rice pudding cooled add chopped dry fruit ND orange

Keep pudding in refrigerator and served chilled.
