Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida/All Purpose Flour-
  • 1/2 cupCurd -
  • 1/2 teaspoonEno -
  • 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2/3 cupWater -
  • Ghee for Shallow Frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Boil water in a pot. Put a rice strainer over it and drape some cheese cloth on it.

  3. 3

    Roll out an oval shape from the dough and cover cook for 7-8 minutes.

  4. 4

    When the kulcha cools, shallow fry both side on a pan till it becomes light brown and crispy.
