Bulk chickpea flour
2organic potatoes
Cold-pressed organic sunflower oil
Bulk oregano to taste (optional)
Filtered water

Steps

Boil the potatoes in a saucepan. Then mash them.

Mix the chickpea flour with water and oregano.

Take portions of the mashed potatoes, shape them into croquettes, coat them in the flour mixture, and sauté them in a skillet.
