In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or till crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.

For first layer: in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust.

For second layer: in a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for two minutes. Let stand for two minutes or until soft-set. Stir in the mashed banana, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread over cream cheese layer.

For topping: melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet over low heat. When butter sizzles, add 1 tbsp brown sugar. Add sliced bananas, stir for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10-20 minutes before spreading over top of pie.

Cover pie and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with additional nilla wafers and whipped cream when serving if desired. Makes 8 servings
