The vegies:
3 cupCelery - sliced to a small pieces.
3Eggplants - sliced to midium cubes.
1 largeonion - sliced to a thin half circles.
10 cloveGarlic - sliced to half.
4Bell peppers in different color - sliced to a thin strips.
1Cauliflower medium- sliced to large peaces.
5Carotts - sliced to a thin strips .
For the marinad:
1 cupFresh Dill - chopped.
5Bay leafs.
1 cupOil.
1 cupVinegar.
2 1/2 cupHot water.
1 tbspLarge salt.
1 tspPepper seeds.
1Fresh cilantro - chopped.

Boil 1 litter of water in a large pan and add 2 teaspoon of salt.

Cook every vegetable separate for 3-4 min , and put aside to drain the water .

Arange the vegies in a large box.

The marinad: Put all the ingredients in a pan and boil.

Pour the hot marinad over the vegies and cover the box.

Put in a fridge over night.
