Take all 3 types of flour.

Add chhoped methi leaves and all masala (salt red chilli powder ajwain saunf garam masala green chilli and ginger paste)

Make a tight dough. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

Make parathaes with the help of rolling pin and board.

Put them on tava and fry crispy them with putting oil or ghee
- 6
Serve hot with tea sauce green chutney
