Ingredients

  • 100 grmsmethi washed and chhoped
  • 1green chilli
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 1 bowlwheat flour (approximately 100 grms)
  • 1/2 bowlmakka flour
  • 1/2 bowlbesan(gram flour)
  • 1 tea spoonsaunf
  • 1 tea spoonajwain
  • 1-2 tea spoonsalt
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all 3 types of flour.

  2. 2

    Add chhoped methi leaves and all masala (salt red chilli powder ajwain saunf garam masala green chilli and ginger paste)

  3. 3

    Make a tight dough. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make parathaes with the help of rolling pin and board.

  5. 5

    Put them on tava and fry crispy them with putting oil or ghee

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tea sauce green chutney
