Steps

Cut idlis into small pieces
- Take a bowl add curd,
- Add salt and water and whisk till smooth

Add the pieces of idlis
- Add potato, boondi and mix well
- Once mixed add cumin powder, chaat masala powder and red chilli powder

Top it with 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind date chutney and 1 tbsp coriander mint chutney
- Finally addd litte sev and few coriander leaves
