Ingredients

2 servings
  • 70 gomena
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1small onion diced
  • 2large tomatoes chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsproyco
  • 1large lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the omena and boil in sufuria for 15 minutes. These reduces the bitterness.

  2. 2

    Next, chop the onions and tomatoes. into a pan put oil and add in onions. fry until the onions become soft.

  3. 3

    Then add in the tomatoes and stir until soft.

  4. 4

    Add salt and stir again.

  5. 5

    Add in the boiled omena minus the broth. Add in lemon pulp minus the seeds. Stir. Then dissolve royco in 20mls of water and add to the omena.

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 3 minutes the serve with ugali and some veges.
