Ingredients

  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1chopped and sliced onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 inchgrated adrak
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 1 tsplal mirch powder
  • Salt
  • 1 cuprice soaked
  • 1 cupleftover kala chana
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker add ghee..zeera..adrak.. saute for 2 min.

  2. 2

    Niw add onion..saute for 5 min.. and add tomato and all the masalas..

  3. 3

    Now add rice and water.. 3 whistles.. rice ready serve with raita
