1/2ovacado sliced
2eggs
4 tbcooking oil
1/2ts salt
100 gramskales

Steps

1

Heat half the oil in a pan.Break the eggs in a small bowl and stir.

When hot add in salt and fry in the pan.when ready remove from heat.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan.When hot add in the kales and some salt to taste.
4

When ready portion your veggies,eggs,ovacado and some ugali.Enjoy.
